Ocaread Sensitised, is the leading brand of cheque paper in the UK market and is supplied extensively to other major markets worldwide. It conforms to the physical requirements of APACS (Association for Payment Clearing Services) Specification 3 Part 1, also known as CBS1.
Ocaread has chemicals added to the sheets which will highlight even the most sophisticated attempts at fraudulent alteration.
Ocaread has been manufactured to be compatible with all MICR and OCR readers, giving trouble free encoding and sorting. All Ocaread is manufactured to a UV Dull specification.
Ocaread is made from 100% Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) woodpulps , sourced from carefully managed and renewed forests. Ocaread is fully recyclable and is manufactured to precise and controlled standards. Tullis Russell is registered under the British and international quality standard BS EN ISO 9001-2000 and the environmental standard BS EN ISO 14001.
