Customer Service
Tullis Russell Papermakers sales activities are based at the Customer Service Centre at the mill in Scotland where a multilingual team handle enquiries and process orders from clients around the world.
A team of locally-based Area Managers within the UK, Europe and North America oversee sales within specific territories and keep the face-to-face contact with existing and new customers.
The whole process is controlled by a modern integrated CRM package to make sure that the highest levels of service are delivered at all times. A millwide computer system allows real time information on the status of customers' orders and means the company can quote the most accurate and flexible delivery times.
Increasingly, the company is working to integrate our order processing systems with those of our customers to increase efficiency through the supply chain.
Technical Services
Technical Services is a vital part of the company's relationship with our customers, both in dealing with complaints anywhere around the globe quickly and effectively and, just as importantly, in working together with our clients to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the process or end-product including ongoing advice and training on paper and print issues.
Through the Technical Services team, Tullis Russell keeps right up-to-date with the latest developments in print and converting technology, regularly auditing and benchmarking our products in full-scale field trials.
Marketing
The Marketing Team is based at the mill in Scotland where a team of Product and Sector Managers work with the sales and operations teams as well as with our customers to make sure our products and services are fully aligned with our internal capabilities and the changing needs of the markets we serve.
In addition, the Marketing Team provide vital business analysis on company and industry performance and trends while Marketing Services make sure that the company's products and brands are promoted in the most effective way to users around the world and that full samples and technical data are also readily available.
