In addition the Group has wholly owned sales and distribution companies in Asia, Benelux, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and the USA.

As well as being a significant supplier to the UK market, we are major exporters and supply our products in over fifty countries around the world.

Ownership

Tullis Russell Group Ltd became employee owned in 1994 in a pioneering capital reorganisation programme, the first of its type in the United Kingdom. The scheme involved a transfer of ownership to the employees using the legislation governing Employee Share Ownership Trusts in the UK.
