New Gemini is a broad range of C1-S and C2-S coated SBS boards available in both gloss and matt finishes. Designed for the most demanding graphic and packaging applications, the New Gemini range has outstanding bulk, rigidity and dimensional stability along with exceptional levels of whiteness and brightness. The smooth, gloss and matt surfaces deliver superb printing results and developments in its coated surface gives faster ink drying times.
New Gemini is made from 100% Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) woodpulps, sourced from carefully managed and renewed forests.
New Gemini is fully recyclable and is manufactured to precise and controlled standards. Tullis Russell is registered under the British and international quality standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and the environmental standard BS EN ISO14001.

New Gemini C1-S and C2-S are gloss coated one (C1-S) and two side (C2-S) woodfree solid bleached sulphate (SBS) boards available in a variety of weights and sizes. They are twin-wire products made from strong durable fibres, boasting good bulk and stiffness along with outstanding levels of whiteness and brightness. They can be used in a wide range of premium quality graphical, cover and packaging applications.
New Gemini C1-S Matt and C2-S Matt are Solid Bleached Sulphate (SBS) woodfree boards, matt coated on one (C1-S) and two (C2-S) sides. They are twin wire products produced from strong durable fibres giving good bulk and stiffness with outstanding levels of whiteness and brightness on all surfaces. Both products give the printer the opportunity to reproduce the most demanding print graphics and complex physical designs accurately and consistently.
New Gemini Recycled is a fully coated Solid Bleached Sulphate (SBS) board available in one and two side coated versions.
New Gemini C1-S and C2-S now offer HP Indigo certified versions. These coated solid bleached sulphate (SBS) boards offer exceptional HP Indigo performance and are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified.
The high bulk, stiffness and outstanding whiteness and brightness are ideal for end uses such as business cards and greetings cards. The New Gemini products are ideal for high quality photo printing as they have achieved the highest 3 stars rating for printing performance. The core characteristics of the Indigo approved versions mirror those of the standard New Gemini, making switching between the products easy. New Gemini HP Indigo certified range consists of C1-S from 200 to 280 gsm and C2-S from 200 to 350 gsm.
