Security features
- The coating
This is the foundation on which our layers of additional security features are added.- Smoother paper, with controlled absorbency, improving the look, feel and durability.
- Our own specialist coatings.
- Customers can add further levels of protection, such as security inks and holograms.
- Opacifying layer - A white, print receptive and scratch resistant coating.
- Security numbering - Numbers can be printed on to the coating and then over-printed with a scratch-off layer, usually by silkscreen.
