Health & Safety responsibility

All operations are to be carried out so as to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that the health, safety and conditions of any person or property will not be adversely affected.

Environmental responsibility

Our goal is simple, to achieve continuous environmental improvement across all areas of our business. To do this we have environmental improvement targets for energy, waste, water and legal compliance - and all our business plans have to adhere to these standards. Wherever possible, our products are designed to use renewable resources and to be recyclable.

Social and ethical responsibility

We attach great importance to our role as a corporate citizen. We seek to meet the highest standards of social, ethical and employment practice. Tullis Russell Coaters has a code of conduct which challenges its suppliers to adopt similar principles. This applies to all direct suppliers, as well as their sub-contractors, to observe best practice in the following areas: general employment practices, the employment of appropriate workers, worker insurance, working environment, respect for the individual worker; equal opportunities and freedom of association.
